Being a seasonal small producer it is rare for us to have everything in stock all the time. A stock list is almost impossible to keep up to date, so we no longer have one. Pre-ordering is the best way to guarantee something. Prices can change at any time, without notice” due to feed cost increases.
We stock all items you would except to see at the butchers. Most items come in 1/2kg and 1kg packs. As it cools down we offer seasonal items such as smoked hocks, smoked bacon bones, corned beef and a bigger selection of slow cook/stewing cuts.
